How long will my website take to design?
Once we have received all the necessary information
from you, the process from initial design to
completion is approximately two weeks for design
packages (A to D).
Will a meeting be required to start the design process?
Our website design process takes place via telephone
and email. In addition you will be able to view your
site on the internet during the design process,
enabling you to add comment along the way.
Who owns the website once it has been designed?
You have complete ownership over the website.
How do I supply the content of my website to you?
We are happy to receive information in any format. In
most cases an e-mail with the relevant information is
fine.
Will my website be 'search engine' compliant?
All our websites are built taking into account search
engine requirements.
Do you use flash animation in your websites?
Our sites are html with flash content used as and
when required.
Do you display any banners or advertising on your websites?
No. The website is your site. We do not display any
third party advertising.
Who hosts my website?
We are happy to host the website on your behalf
through third party dedicated servers. Alternatively
we are happy to use any hosting company you
stipulate.
Can you produce an e-mail marketing mailshot?
Yes, we are able to design and implement an e-mail
marketing mail-shot. Please see additional
services page.
What happens if I what to update the websites information?
For the first month after the website has 'gone live'
we will make any reasonable updates. After this
period updates are charged on an hourly basis. Our
current hourly rate is £35.00
